    Try Jenny Craig for 30 days! Then you can upgrade using your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) discount to one of the programs described below.

  • Corporate VIP - 50 percent off the 6-month Corporate VIP (Gold) or 1-year Platinum programs*
    This program is designed to help you get back and stay on track with consistent, healthy eating and physical activity. It gives you one-on-one support to create your own healthy living plan.

  • Premium Success - 20 percent off the 1-year Premium Success program*
    This program is designed to help you lose weight and learn to keep it off! Enjoy up to 10% off Jenny Craig weight loss products, plus additional incentives for staying on track with your program.

  1. Fill out the Jenny Craig registration form and click "Submit." The special offer coupon will appear on the screen.
  2. Print the special offer coupon and bring it along with your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma ID card to your local Jenny Craig Centre.

Q: How do I register?
A: On the Jenny Craig page complete the short registration form, then print out the coupon. You will need to present your coupon and your Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) ID card at your free consultation. For more information about registering, you can call (800) 96-JENNY.

Q: If I already participate in Jenny Craig, can I get a refund for the joining fee paid above the BCBS joining fee?
A: No, but if you have a six-month membership, you can enroll in another six-month program or the 12-month program and receive the discount.

Q: How often can I use the discount?
A: Each member may receive a discount on the 30-day program and a discount on the six-month program and a discount on the one-year program.

Q: What options do I have after concluding the 30-day program?
A: You can then upgrade to either the six-month or 12-month programs using the discount.

Q: What options do I have after concluding the six-month program?
A: You can join the 12-month program using the discount.

Q: What options do I have after concluding the 12-month program?
A: Most 12-month members choose to renew their program at the end of the 12 months by taking advantage of the $39.00 annual renewal fee. This allows members to continue receiving weekly consultations until they reach their goal weight, and then to receive monthly weight maintenance support once they reach their weight loss goal.

Q: What is the cost of food?
A: Food cost averages between $12 to $18 per day for three meals and one snack.

Q: Do I have to purchase food through Jenny Craig?
A: Yes. The Jenny Craig program is meal-based to teach portion control and proper food choices. When you're halfway to your desired weight loss goal you start preparing some of your own meals.

Q: Can I pay the joining fee monthly?
A: No.

Q: How does the Jenny Direct (at-home) program work?
A: Consultations take place via weekly telephone calls with a personal consultant, instead of in a Centre. The food, program materials and products are shipped to your home in two- or four-week increments. Frozen food items are shipped in dry ice. Shipping charges do apply with all Jenny Direct orders.

Q: How can I receive the BCBS discount using the Jenny Direct Program?
A. On the Jenny Craig page, complete the short registration form, print the coupon, then call (800) 96-JENNY. You will need to refer to the coupon and mention that you are a BCBS member and are eligible for a discount. The consultant can then verify your discount over the phone.

Q: Is a Jenny Direct Program membership transferable to a Jenny Craig Centre, and vice versa?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I use the Jenny Craig Web site e-tools without participating in the program?
A: Yes. You can simply register online at http://www.jennycraig.com/ to take advantage of the e-tools.

Note: this registration process is different from the registration process required to get the discount.

A: Some franchisee participation and discounts may vary. Please verify before joining.
