Medication Udenyca (J5111) will have a change in payment methodology effective Jan. 1, 2020. Udenyca currently is listed as a single source medication on the OK professional NDC fee schedule.
Beginning Jan. 1, 2020 Udenyca will be listed as a Group C medication. The reimbursement change for this product will be reflected in the state-wide professional NDC fee schedule.
