Reminder: Provider Satisfaction Survey 2024

Building a strong network of providers and working with you to serve our members is important to us. To support this effort, our annual Provider Satisfaction Survey was recently sent out to a random sample of providers. The survey measures your satisfaction with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma and identifies areas where we can improve.

How it works:

SPH Analytics, a Press Gainey company, is administering this year’s survey between May through July. If selected to participate, SPH has already attempted to contact you via email and mail.

  • SPH sent out email survey invitations beginning in late April to selected providers with email addresses. These invitations were followed by a printed survey on May 13.
  • The survey is also available online at the web address provided on the mailed survey.
  • If no response from email or mail, SPH will reach out by phone beginning July 1.
  • The physician, nurse, office manager or other qualifying staff may complete the survey.
