Did you log in on your personal phone or computer? You may not need a passcode every time you log in. If you recently told us you’re on a trusted device, you should be able to log in without a passcode for 30 days.
When you're prompted with a passcode, we'll send it to the contact information we have on file. Usually, this is your email address or mobile phone number. If you can't find it in your inbox or text messages:
- Wait a few minutes – it might still be on its way.
- If you chose email, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you're checking the email tied to your account.
- If you chose mobile phone, check your settings to make sure you can get calls and messages from unknown senders.
