To comply with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Guidelines, a random sample of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma Medicare Advantage providers has been selected to participate in the bi-annual regulatory Provider Availability and Access Survey. This survey is required to support our continued provision of network accessibility to our members, your patients.
How it works:
This year’s first survey will be sent between July 19-29. If selected to participate, you will be asked to complete a short, 5-10-minute survey.
- An email survey attestation from BCBSOK will be sent on July 19 to selected providers with email addresses.
- If no response from the initial email, an email reminder will be sent out within seven (7) days of initial email.
- BCBSOK will reach out by phone beginning July 29 for any providers with invalid email addresses.
- This survey impacts Medicare Advantage providers.
- The physician, nurse, office manager or other qualifying staff may complete the survey.
