We strive to work with our providers to provide quality service to our members. To support this effort, our annual regulatory Provider Access and Appointment Availability Survey was sent to a random sample of providers. This survey is required to support Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma’s continued provision of network accessibility to our members, your patients.
How it works:
Press Gainey administered this year’s survey, which began Aug. 20, 2024. If you were selected to participate, you were asked to complete a short, 10–15-minute survey.
- Press Gainey sent out email survey invitations on Aug. 20, Sept. 3 and Sept. 11 to selected providers with email addresses.
- Press Gainey started reaching out by phone beginning Aug. 20.
- This survey impacts all lines of business (commercial, retail, Medicare Advantage and Federal Employee Program).
- The physician, nurse, office manager or other qualifying staff may complete the survey.
