Resolved: Electronic Payment and Remittance Delivery Delay

This is a follow-up to a previous notice regarding the delay in receiving Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and delivery of Electronic Remittance Advice (835 ERA) and Electronic Payment Summary (EPS) files from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK).*

The above issue has been resolved and providers should expect electronic payment and remittance delivery on the following dates.

EFT Delivery (additional delay due to legal banking holiday on Feb. 17, 2020)

  • Feb. 12, 2020 electronic claim payments will be available on Feb. 18, 2020.
  • Feb. 13, 2020 and Feb. 14, 2020 claim payments will be made available on Feb. 19, 2020.

ERA/EPS Delivery

  • Feb. 12, 2020 files were delivered on Feb. 14, 2020.
  • Feb. 13, 2020 and Feb. 14, 2020 files were delivered on Feb. 17, 2020.
