Provider Correspondence Viewer is an online application accessible in Availity® Essentials that allows providers to view, download and save specific documents related to the NPI and Tax ID associated with your Availity Essentials registration.
At this time, only participating providers with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma can use PCV to access and download documents related to our Risk Identification and Outreach program, which monitors the use of controlled substances to support our members’ safety. RIO provides opioid feedback reports for educational purposes, when applicable, through the PCV tool.
