Championing diversity, equity and inclusion, leading with ethics, embracing sustainable practices and promoting employee wellness is at the core of what we do.

Our goal is to lead Oklahoma to a healthier future by increasing access to quality, affordable health care through every stage of life, while supporting sustainable efforts to improve health outcomes across our state.

From our Caring Van® program providing immunizations to underserved communities to addressing health disparities with targeted grants, our priority is making a positive impact in the health of Oklahomans.

In 2023, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma put an emphasis on investing in local nonprofits, providing over $1 million in Blue ImpactSM grants to 27 community organizations. Each of these deserving organizations address the social and economic factors that play a role in the health and wellness of Oklahomans.

Working alongside our employees, we ensure our more than 800,000 members have access to Oklahoma’s largest network of providers and hospitals. We are continuously looking at ways to increase access to care and provide resources to urban, rural and under-resourced communities.

Getting to lead a company that not only values our members but puts an emphasis on community involvement and support is a privilege and an honor.
