BAM can help you track the status of your claims and review the claim filing details. To find this information, visit the Claims tab after logging in.

Sometimes, your claim might be denied, meaning your health plan may not cover the costs. Here are 5 of the most common reasons a claim was denied. You can find a breakdown of how your claim was processed, or an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), under claim details once your claim is closed.
