An errors and omissions (E&O) insurance policy helps protect you and your business from financial disaster should you ever face litigation. It is also required for all Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma (BCBSOK) producers, as outlined in your Producer Agreement.

Do we have your certificate of coverage?

• Be sure that we have a copy of your certificate of coverage on file.

• You must renew your coverage annually and provide a certificate of coverage upon renewal.

• Note: If you have recently submitted your certificate, thank you for helping us keep your records current. There is no need to submit it again.
