How to Track Policy Holders and Pull Your Book of Business

As your client base grows, keeping your book of business current helps you serve members more efficiently and stay on top of upcoming needs.
When you create quotes and enroll members through the (RPP), most client details are automatically saved for you. You can update this information anytime to keep your member records accurate and complete.
To easily track your policy holders and download your full book of business directly from RPP, follow these steps:
- On the Client Info tab, go to the Reporting section and select Book of Business.
- Enter your nine-digit producer number to search and generate your report.
- Use filters as needed, then click Search to refine your member list.
- Export your results as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for recordkeeping or follow-up actions.
